ABOUT

I'm a Norwegian documentary photographer working between Mexico and Norway. My projects are long-term, built on extended fieldwork and close relationships with the people I photograph.

I studied photography at Oslo Fotokunst School and the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and social anthropology at the University of Oslo - a combination that shapes how I approach storytelling.

My projects span from the sacred mountains of the Sierra Nevada in Colombia and the depths of the Amazon to the Sonoran Desert and the streets of Mexico City. Through photography and text I tell stories of intergenerational knowledge, spiritual lineage, and the resilience of people living in close relationship with nature or within concrete landscapes.
